Private Events at Pindar Vineyards

Thank you for considering Pindar Vineyards for your upcoming event!
We welcome the opportunity to be your host for a memorable experience, from Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions to Corporate Functions, Private Group Tastings, Birthdays, Anniversaries or any other special occasion.
At Pindar Vineyards, a tented or outdoor event can be held for up to 250 people. We also offer the lovely Covered Wisteria Deck and Pavilion for smaller functions or as additional areas for larger functions.
Clients contract with Pindar Vineyards for the site fee, and an outside caterer for all their food, rental and non-wine beverage needs.

Full Site Fee:
In Season(May – August) $3,500-$5,500
High Season (Sept-October) $4,000- $6,500

Pindar Pavilion
(Seasonal-April through October- Weather Permitting)
A covered deck steps from the vines with sweeping panoramic views.
Accommodates up to 140 guests.
Hours Available: 11:00AM – 10:00PM
Site Fee: $250.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Wine: ½ bottle min. purchase per person.
Staff: $200.00 per staff for up to 4 hours (min. 2 required for events over 40 people or after 5pm)
Wisteria Deck
(Seasonal-April through October- Weather Permitting)
Brand new partially covered deck located steps off the main tasting room. Features Outdoor Bar and views of the Vineyard.
Accommodates up to 140 guests.
Hours Available: 11:00AM – 10:00PM
Site Fee: $350.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Wine: ½ bottle min. purchase per person.
Staff: $200.00 per staff for up to 4 hours (min. 2 required for events over 40 people or after 5pm)
