Pindar Vineyards produced Long Island’s first Syrah and it continues to be one of our standouts. Soft, bright, and juicy, it has a lightly peppery nose with leather, red berry, and lavender notes. Full, earthy flavors of spice, bacon, vanilla, toast and oak.
This is a big wine with solid black and red fruit notes. Oak aging lends it hints of vanilla, toast, and yogurt. Ready to enjoy now, but it will continue gaining complexity for many years. Superb with robust dishes, including duck, salmon, and beef.

Lucious dark berry fruit abounds upfront, with a hint of vanilla, green tea and cassis. The palate has medium fruit with firm tannins and a smooth finish. This Cabernet has superb aging capabilities.

This vintage is a classic representation of what Cabernet Franc grapes have to offer. Fruity, almost jammy upfront with hints of plum and raspberry and a soft herbaceousness. Well-rounded and slightly spicy on the finish, this is one of Long Island’s signature grape varietals. A classic pairing with beef, duck, and robust seafood. Limited Production.

The 2014 is a lively and robust blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec.
