Crisp, lively Chardonnay with hints of pear and apple.  Stainless steel fermented and aged on secondary lees for 8 months.  A great wine at a great price. Superb when paired with lightly-seasoned fish, veal, poultry and cheeses.

The grapes for this wine came from a special vineyard site of only 3.9 acres. This limited special reserve was completely barrel fermented in new French oak and has lush vanilla and caramel notes, with a back palate of apple and pear. Perfectly balanced with a bright splash of acidity, is it a magnificent pairing for lobster and summer salads

This semi-sweet Riesling is bursting with complex floral notes of jasmine and hibiscus on the nose, and a palate of citrus, dried apricot and lychee. Balanced and zesty, it is great on its own or paired with spicy Asian dishes.  This perennial customer favorite sells out fast!

This hand-crafted white wine bursts with fresh, floral scents of citrus blossoms and honeysuckle. Classic Viognier characteristics including lovely round mouthfeel, balanced with bright acidity. Pair with Mediterranean cuisine, shellfish seafood and poultry. Limited production (80 cases) sells out quickly!

Grown on the bluffs of Long Island’s North Fork, less than 100 yards from Long Island Sound. The north-south sloping vineyard produces a Sauvignon Blanc of distinct flavors and aromas reminiscent of the great wines of Bordeaux. This wine opens with aromas of white peach, lemon grass and a hint of straw.  The palate has lemon and green apple up front , followed by a long finish due to its great acidity.

One of our flagship wines, this is an off-dry blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Cayuga. Semi-sweet and refreshingly well-balanced with floral aromas and a lush mouthfeel. Enjoy chilled, as an aperitif, or with a wide variety of foods including summer salads and shellfish.

A dry white wine, clean and crisp -- like a fine Pinot Gris, with mineral notes and a grapefruit character. A perfect accompaniment to many foods, including chicken, fish, and cheeses. A great everyday white wine.  750ml
