Pindar Vineyards Tasting Room & Winery
open daily from 11am to 6pm
Welcome to Pindar Vineyards the oldest same family owned winery and vineyard in Long Island. (Celebrating over 45 years and 2021 Governor’s cup winner).
Our tasting room is open seven days a week from 11am to 6pm. Wine Tasting Flights include your choice of 5 wines from our tasting menu. Tasting bar closes at 5:30pm.
Indoor & Outdoor tables are available on a first come basis. Guests are welcome to bring their own blanket and beach chairs, during the summer and fall months.
All groups arriving by limousines, buses, party vans and hired vehicles will require a pre-payment to reserve a time slot. Please call the winery at (631) 734-6200 x104 for availability.
Winery Tour and Tasting
Saturdays & Sundays, May to October
Go behind the scenes, inside the barrel and tank rooms, and view the production facility at Pindar Vineyards. Find out how your favorite wine is made. $35 per person, (Wine Club $25) includes a wine tasting after the tour. Reservations are required with payment at the time of booking.

Private Winery Tour and Tasting
Monday – Friday
During the week, reserve a private tour with our in-house wine expert. Visit the vineyard and the largest wine production facility on the North Fork. $40 per person and includes a wine tasting at a private bar or in the champagne room.

Champagne Tastings
Weekends in November and December Only.
Have a Pindar Vineyards Wine educator give you a private in depth look into the world of Champagne! Tour the vineyard, fermentation room and barrel cellar. Learn about Pindar Vineyards owners, the Damianos family, and help celebrate our over 42 years of wine making on the Northfork. Our annual tradition continues! Discover the last stages in making Champagne. Learn about the “méthode champenoise” process.
$40 per person (Wine Club $30).
Private Tastings
Private Tasting Bar
Take your group tasting experience at Pindar vineyards to the next level. Our private tasting bar located in our spacious tasting room can be yours. This includes a private wine educator, a tasting of five wines, and a personalized tasting sheet. This space can accommodate up to 12 guests. The price per person is $40.00.

Sparkling Room
Wine is a celebration. Now, you can celebrate with your special group in the private setting of our Sparkling Room. Sip on your wine flight at our black walnut conference table, which seats up to 15 guests. Wine barrels surround you with a view of our vines through the sliding glass doors.
This includes a private wine educator, a tasting of five wines, personalized tasting sheet, water and crackers. Food is permited in this space.

Winery Policies
- Wine must be purchased at the winery to enjoy on the property while visiting.
- No thermoses or insulated beverage cups allowed on site.
- Please use any of our hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the property when needed.
- Do not move tables in order to maintain social distancing guidelines.
- Tables are first come, first served.
- Guests are welcome to bring their own blankets & chairs to use on the property. NO pop-up tents or tailgating allowed.
- Pindar Vineyards allows guests to bring their own picnic lunches to enjoy with their wine purchase. No outside alcohol allowed.
- We ask that you dispose of your own trash and then we will sanitize the table for the next guest.
- Children are welcome, but please keep them close by as we are a working winery and vineyard.
- Dogs must be supervised and leashed at all times on the property.
Inside the Tasting Room
- Bottle sales, wine by the glass and wine tastings are available for purchase.
- Cheese & crackers and snacks are available as well. Please do not bring outside food inside the tasting room.
Outside on our Deck, Pavilion & Lawn
- Outside picnic areas are for customers that purchase our wine and/or other beverages only.
- Picnicking allowed in designated outdoor areas only. No outside catering. No balloons or signs. Coolers subject to inspection.
- Private parties are not allowed, unless you wish to book a catered/private affair at Pindar Vineyards. Private parties held without booking through our catering department will be subject to a site fee. Call 631 734-6200 ex 109
- Other beverages of any kind are not permitted on site by NYS law. We have soft drinks and water as well as local beer and sangria available for purchase.

Directions to Pindar on the North Fork
Pindar Vineyards is located 90 miles East of Manhattan. Follow LIE (Route 495) East to Exit 73 (Route 58) which turns into Route 25. Continue approximately 12 miles to Peconic. Pindar Vineyards is on your left on the North side of the road.
