We welcome the opportunity to be your host for a memorable experience, from corporate functions to birthdays, anniversaries or any other special occasion.
At Pindar Vineyards, an outdoor event can be held for up to 80 people in our Pavilion and the surrounding field. We also offer the lovely, covered Wisteria Deck or our indoor Lobby Gallery for smaller functions.
Clients contract with Pindar Vineyards for the site fee and wine to be served, and an outside caterer for all of their food, rental and non-wine beverage needs.
Pricing is as follows.
The site fee for the use of the Pindar Pavilion and surrounding grass area is $4,500 - $8,000, depending on the size of the wedding, plus a half bottle of wine per person. Tent, tables and chairs are the responsibility of the party host. Alcohol and soft drinks are also the responsibility of the party and/or caterer. Site fee will reserve the entire tasting room property for your event. [Time availability to be discussed.] A flat $150 staffing fee will be charged in addition to site rental fee. Corporate events are always welcome at Pindar Vineyards. We can accommodate small functions of 30-60 people. The fee for the Pavilion is $350 per hour with a minimum of two hours. A half bottle of wine per person is required. This includes a tour of the winery upon request.
[Corporate events please note that Pavilion area will be reserved for your group, but winery tasting room will remain open during your event at the above stated price.]
Corporate event on the Wisteria Deck can accommodate 40 people and the fee is $350 per hour with a minimum half bottle per person wine purchase. Tour is included upon request.
A flat $150 staffing fee will be charged in addition to rental fee for Pavilion and Wisteria Deck.
Corporate Events and Tours are available Monday - Friday, during the months of May - September
Celebration & Milestone Events
Baby showers, birthdays, baptisms, bridal parties and any other functions are available. Pavilion: $350 per hour; Wisteria Deck: $350 per hour; Lobby area: Seats 25 $250 per hour
Available Monday - Friday, throughout the year. Minimum half bottle per person required for all locations listed above.
A flat $150 staffing fee will be charged in addition to rental fees listed above.
