The grapes for this wine came from a special vineyard site of only 3.9 acres. This limited special reserve is lightly oaked and has vanilla and caramel notes, with a back palate of apple and pear.

Honeysuckle and citrus blossom on the nose with notes of mango and tropical fruits on the palate. A blend of Viognier, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewurztraminer. It's fresh acidity is perfect with appetizers, shellfish and light poultry. An excellent food wine.
This wine opens with aromas of white peach, lemon grass and a hint of straw. The palate has lemon and green apple up front , followed by a long finish due to its great acidity. Pair this with shellfish and other local seafood favorites, a pasta primavera or creamy, mild cheeses.
