An earthy, medium bodied red with notes of red berries. This wine finishes with a delicate grace.  This vintage is a classic representation of what Cabernet Franc grapes have to offer. Fruity, almost jammy upfront with hints of plum and raspberry and a soft herbaceousness. Well-rounded and slightly spicy on the finish, this is one of Long Island’s signature grape varietals. A classic pairing with beef, duck, pork and robust seafood.
